Refunds
Here at Shadow & Thorn we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!

You can return your product for an exchange or refund just send though your request here

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover the costs to ensure you are not out of pocket 
• All items can be returned EXCEPT for our cosmetics and soaps due to Australian health and hygiene regulations.

We like to help out the environment so we do not include return slips with your order and our packaging can be recycled.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item we are incredibly sorry! Please contact us so that we can fix this up for you as soon as possible

Return To Sender (RTS)
If your parcel is not collected and returns to our store we are more than happy to resend your product at your own cost (please see prices below)
